The project is located on the former site of famous printing house Die Keure. The old factory lies on the inside of a building block in the city centre of Bruges. The historical centre of Bruges is classified as Unesco World Heritage. The two apartment buildings are part of a larger development that will implement a courtyard on the inside of the block around which a mixture of housing typologies will be situated.
17 city apartments are situated in two buildings. All apartments are oriented towards the courtyard and have generous private outdoor spaces, varying from ground floor gardens to large roof terraces.
